Real-name booking required: one ID, one ticket, one ticket per person per day, and the original ID used for booking must be shown at the gate. Buy via the Shanghai Disney Resort official app/WeChat, where a rolling 30-day price calendar is published (early-bird discounts about 10 days ahead). Foreign visitors book with their passport number and must bring the original passport on the visit day; an e-ticket QR code is sent about 1 day before the visit. Refund policy since 2026-01-12: free full refund up to 7 days before, CNY 80 fee 1–6 days before, non-refundable on the day.

About ¥799. Six-tier pricing: base price CNY 475 on regular weekdays up to CNY 799 on peak days (weekends, holidays, summer). Child ticket for age 3–11 (height 1.0–1.4 m), senior 60+, and disability tickets cost about 25% less; free for children under 3 or ≤1.0 m. Ticket covers park admission only; Premier Access (DPA) fast passes, the Early Park Entry card (CNY 159, must be bought on top of a valid ticket), meals, transport and tours are charged separately. One blog notes early-bird tickets bought 10 days ahead via the official app are CNY 50 cheaper than the official price.
